Event Description
Mike Metzger creates personal, “autobiographical” visions in collage, combining images of contemporary life with the sensibilities of an older art. The result is an original, provocative and often comic statement. NO COMPUTERS are used in assembling Mike’s work. It’s hand-styled, “cut & paste” all the way, a blend of photographic images, acrylics, lacquers, oils, and pen and ink detailing. What you see is what you get.
