Event Description

No Theater came into being during the 70’s, the heyday of “visual theater” when happenings, performance art, conceptual art moved out of the galleries and into the streets, lofts, storefronts, converting everyday architecture into site-specific performance spaces. A.P.E. displays the visuals of No Theater’s early works.

Wednesdays through Saturdays in February the installation is followed by an 8pm performance of Richard Maxwell’s CAVEMAN by the No Theater company.
