Event Description

Members of Circa1600 present a concert of music for voices, lute and guitar tracing the progression of Christmas and social life from Medieval and late Renaissance England and Germany to 19th century America. Featuring English, German and American carols, and works by Michael Praetorius and Stephen Foster.

Performing in Circa1600 are Catherine Bell, voice and guitar; Donald Cotter, voice; and Christopher Stetson, lute and guitar.
