Introductory Class $10!

An intergenerational class for young adults, adults, and seniors. Dance Explorations was developed by Anna Halprin over her seventy-year career in postmodern dance and expressive arts therapy. Class begins with restorative movements to tune the senses and develop flexibility, core strength, and ease of movement. We play with solo and group exploration, drawing, and performing for each other to nurture our bodies' artistic voices and form a creative community. Whether you are an experienced dancer looking for new skills or someone who can't tell their left foot from their right, this class will bring vitality and creativity to your daily life.
