Event Description

Guru Karam Khalsa used his camera to visually explore beaver habitat, focusing on details and texture as well as the broad view of the landscape. Khalsa will exhibit these photographs as well as paintings inspired by these images of nature. Dorothy Osterman paints with gouache on hand-made paper. Marianne Connolly’s photocollages begin with close, textural photographs of ice, snow, shadow and rocks. The images are cut and reassembled to create new works that explore line, light and color. Gallery hours: Th-Su 1-7pm.
