"I wanted to say hello..." is the latest iteration in an ongoing body of work by Adele Mattern and embroidery artisans in Mumbai. India. The installation includes audio, dialogue, sculpture and drawings. Shown for the first time is Newsfeed Mumbai, a suite of 180 newspapers embroidered by the women of Marketplace India.
