Duncan's assemblages are hand-built wall hangings constructed from scrap wood and repurposed wood boxes. The objects which decorate her assemblages include pieces gathered from discarded games and outgrown children's toys. The goal of her whimsical game box panels is to bring back childhood memories and illustrate inspired themes.

Duncan received a BFA in Painting from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst and attended Graduate School with a major in Communication Design at Pratt Institute in New York City. Currently, Duncan resides in Springfield, MA. She has exhibited her work in western Massachusetts and areas of Connecticut.
