Event Description

On September 13 - November 15, the Easthampton Chamber of Commerce gallery, an ECA+ gallery, will exhibit the works of John H. Martin. The Chamber gallery is located in the center of Easthampton at 33 Union Street and is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

John’s work consists of oil paintings influenced by landscapes and structures. His interest in his subject matter evolved when he began architectural rendering. After becoming a pupil for a local architect, his drawing ability transformed as he began to create professional quality architectural drawings. John describes his experience, “My eyes, attuned to the built world, allowed me to record my interpretations of buildings and landscapes in sketchbooks.
