Event Description

Join novelist and Forbes Writer in Residence Susan Stinson for a walking tour of Bridge Street cemetery, structured about the story of eighteenth century preacher Jonathan Edwards and his time in the Northampton (based on Susan's research for her forthcoming novel about Edwards and Northampton, SPIDER IN A TREE). There are plenty of stops to remember other Northampton residents such as Sylvester Graham and Sally Maminash. Free. Look for the red trike.

This is the fourth annual cemetery tour in honor of Jonathan Edwards's birthday and the kick off of the 2012/13 Local History/Local Novelists reading and lecture series.
