Event Description
Guru Karam Khalsa and Jozan Treston are two of the founding members of Gallery A3, the contemporary fine-arts gallery in downtown Amherst. Guru Karam Khalsa is showing art from the sketchbooks he’s been keeping daily over the past five years. Often working with paint and encaustic, he creates highly textured, abstract works. Treston’s series “Aerialscapes” was inspired by the abstract and painterly images of the earth’s surface as seen from space.
