The Loft Parlor is pleased to announce Memories Corrupt, an extraordinary exhibition of glitch-based photography by Sabato Visconti, a locally based commercial and fine art photographer.  Visconti explores how the world of digital technology has changed our relationship to the image as an actual object while exploiting the corruption of the digital files through displacement of code and other techniques. Visconti is a Brazilian born visual artist who studied political science at Amherst College and became deeply fascinated with photography.

Although Visconti has been published widely and won numerous photography awards, please join us in celebrating Sabato Visconti’s first solo show of his glitch photography series, Memories Corrupt.  The opening reception will be October 12^th, 2013 from 5PM -8PM during Easthampton’s Monthly Art Walk.  Live music presented by award winning pianist Daniel Kennedy from 5PM-8PM followed by an After Dance Party of Glitch EDM presented by International DJ, Thorian Maxwell of Spaced Out Radio fame.
