Obadiah reawakens the artistic freedom of childhood in his work, channeling his days spent growing up in the rolling open hills of the Pioneer Valley. Obidiah’s work draws on experiences in nature, and he interprets the way things move when they black the sun.

We each envision the world through our own path and experiences; Obidiah’s illustrative painting leaves plenty of space for the mind to travel, to explore vivid shadowing, and to experience crisp lines. He sees art in the concrete, real world around him, but creates in an imaginative, abstract space. Take a moment out of your day to step into his world.

Working primarily with oil based paint markers and spray paint on canvas, Obadiah puts into art his interpretations of New England seasons and nature – which can be both bucolic and extreme. It is free form abstraction with controlled lines and textured backgrounds. In an era dominated by digital editing and computer generated art, Obadiah brings to you intimate freehand work for the eyes and mind.
