During OWL MIND, artist Dana Wilde spotlights Inner Portraits -- her distinctively different and well-received art portraiture service that she first started offering during her memorable 2008 residency in Thornes Marketplace. 

For five days only, Owl Mind is a rare opportunity to stop in and see Dana conveniently while running errands or grabbing a coffee, because she’ll be right downtown in a street-level vintage storefront, also serving as her art gallery and shop. 

Inner Portraits sessions simply require a person to spend a little quiet time with Dana as she creates intuitive, symbolic drawings that connect with the recipient’s inner life - rather than outer appearance. She uses the Touch Drawing process to generate the images by hand, and is one of the very few artists in the area who practices this intriguing form.http://www.touchdrawing.co m/
