This November, the Deerfield Arts Bank brings you "Art To Wear" by local artist Nona Hatay. 

Festive Opening: Saturday night 7-9pm
Artist will be on site (12-6pm) on Sunday Nov. 9.

Based on her Natural Illusion Series (1998-2008) - in which Hatay takes photographs of nature and mirrors them - Hatay designs and prints psychedelic and kaleidoscopic dresses, drapey tops, ties, and vests for men and women.  Her work has been exhibited and sold in New York City at JULIE: Artisan's Gallery on Madison Avenue, the top Art to Wear gallery for over forty years.  Accompanying the clothes will be some of Hatay's original photoart and her first design ideas, including the "Clothes Line" exhibit previously displayed at the Holyoke Children's Museum.
