Painters, from beginner to advanced, are welcome to join this exhilarating series of workshops. We will look at different approaches to creating a painting, both in concept and technique. We will cover such subjects as composition and design, use and control of color and light, and execution of such techniques as under-painting, glazing, and more. Artists are invited to bring unfinished works that they wish to continue or that may pose problems or "opportunities" for change. Students should bring blank canvases, panels or primed paper for experimenting with new techniques. Be prepared to take it all to the next level! $90 plus materials list provided upon registration.
