Fall 2011 Movement Arts Workshops: VWMA/ HAVPS Celebrates 34 years! Sat. October 1, 10am-3pm
Free & Open to the Public. (donations gratefully accepted) For all ages, genders, abilities, and sizes. No previous experience required. Part of the Easthampton City Arts+ events.
Attendance welcome for any portion or the whole program: 10-11am -- Tai Chi and Qigong 11:30am-12:30pm -- Karate 1-3pm -- Filipino Stick Arts
***All instruction includes adaptations and everyday self-protection applications.
