Show runs from January 14^th – February 10^th

Artist reception on January 14^th, 6-9pm

UNITE will host a gallery reception for local artist, Will Brideau on January 14^th, from 6-9pm; refreshments will be served. Will Brideau’s work will be on display
during the month of January.

Born and raised in Rochester, NY, Will Brideau works in ultra-fine pen and ink. Will’s work combines abstract shapes, broad circles and long straight lines to create vivid, fluid
designs. Working with excruciating attention to detail, he uses everything from
large blotches and ink splatters to painstakingly precise detail line work to
create a broad spectrum of contrast. Will’s goal is to create captivating and
unsettling designs inspired by intricate patterns found in nature,
old-fashioned watch mechanics, his studies in central Asian script, and his
brother’s work in comics.

Pen and ink drawings and images cataloging the development of these drawings will be on view throughout the month of January at UNITE.
