ZANY ANGELS FALL CLASSES-

Specialized workshops in Performance and Creativity



Sacred Source- Yoga and Exercise

Morning Classes w/ Rose Oceania 8:30-9:45 am

Monday-Friday, Sept. 14-Dec. 15


This daily morning class offers a powerful synthesis of yoga, meridian-based stretching, free movement, and aerobic exercise.



Walk in rate: $8 *2nd class free*

Weekly unlimited: $25

Monthly unlimited: $70

Authentic Movement -Weekly Gathering and Practice

Tuesday nights 5:45-7:45 pm w/ Rose Oceania

For beginners and experienced practitioners



Authentic Movement, a ZANY ANGELS staple, is an amazing eyes closed movement practice for sourcing and integrating the conscious and the unconscious stuff of your life. Time will be provided for writing, drawing and sharing.



This class is held in 4 week modules:

Sep. 15-Oct. 6,

Oct. 13-Nov. 3

Nov. 10-Dec. 1

Each module is $35

The Zany Angels Fuel Your Visions Artist Support Group

6-8 pm Wednesday Evenings

w/ Rose Oceania & Rythea Lee (sometimes we will co-lead,

and sometimes we will lead alone}



This group is for any kind of artist , (which is everyone), who has some kind of creative project , art form, or business idea.This is also a great way for getting feedback from people with different perpectives and still feel you can share your process safely through the growing pains of your burgeoning vision.


This Group is held in 4 week modules:

Sept 16-Oct 7

Oct 14-Nov 4

Nov 11-Dec 9, (no class 11/25)

Creative Couples Workshop w/ Rythea Lee & Patrick Crowley

10-2 pm, Saturday, Sept. 26



Come explore bite-sized yet in-depth forms that deepen intimacy and promote joyful connection.

In this workshop, you will learn structures from:

1. Movement/bodywork (based in Contact improvisation)

2. Co-Counseling (based on Re-evaluation Counseling)

3. Art Making & Writing



$100 per couple if registered by September 18th, $120 after that date.

Zany Performance Art One Day Workshops

w/ Rythea Lee & Rose Oceania

Saturday October 24 1-5:30 pm

Sunday January 24 1-5:30 pm

This class offers improvisational structures in Creative Writing, Creative Movement, and Theater. The Zany Angels specialize in creating a safe space for spontaneous expression and fun that busts through logical thinking into weird, beautiful art making.



$60 per person if you register by October 1st and January 1st, $70 after those dates.

Come for a weekend of embodiment, skill building, and play though the practice of this magical form. We begin with fundamental principles of movement including: alignment, release of the muscles, weight sharing, supporting, gravity/momentum explorations, and aerial work.
