Artist Statement/Bio: Born Alicia M. Walter in Springfield, Massachusetts, I grew up surrounded by the arts. From singing in the church choir, dancing jazz, tap and ballet, to playing the violin and clarinet in middle school; I was consistently involved in creative expression.
I intentionally tried my hand at art about 12 years ago but succumbed to fears. However, with the love and support of my husband and family, I established the confidence and the passion for creativity was once re-sparked in 2011 when I established my business Estetika Exposure: Art by AmW.

Estetika pronounced S-ta-tika is Indonesian for 'aesthetic', which also means beautiful.
The services I provide are custom pieces for the home or business, graphic design, book trailers, and more!
