- When I came of age in the Seventies, I did many Seventies things, including majoring in Anthropology and delving deeply into Indian Mysticism. There I encountered the concept of Immanent Divinity, the idea that godhood is present in all things, and found it profoundly appealing.
As a photographer, my version of this idea is that the beautiful is present in all things. The excitement for me is in searching out the beauty that I believe must be present, whether visible at first glance or not. This excitement is what my photographs attempt to communicate
