Artist Statement/Bio

Eliza Laytner creates installation, performance and theatre. She is interested in the space of a piece being more than just a space, but rather, becoming a living, breathing character and entity in the work. She has studied English, Theatre and Art at Mount Holyoke College, and she pursued an intensive shadow puppetry training in Bali, Indonesia through School of International Training.
