Artist Statement/Bio

Art is a fluid discipline, I find it hard to slap a label on the work I do, I would guess that "mixed medium" is the closest to describe the work I do.
I draw, paint, and sculpt, and all of these techniques contribute to my photography. My images are not exactly snapshots of life, but calculated and designed works of spontaneity.
Recently one of my images won first place in the "Altered Photography" category at the International Gutenberg Awards.
I love what I do, and would like nothing more than to begin showing my work in galleries.
I also do some work in animation and web design.
