Artist Statement/Bio
My interest in art was always there, from elaborate book report covers to posters during the Civil Rights and Vietnam protest marches. Taking art classes at the Brooklyn Museum Art School, art couses at Brooklyn College and Art Editor of the Nocturne, a literary arts magazine there. While in France at the Picasso Museum and the Chapel de Matisse I promised myself to devote my life to art. Since moving to Northampton, MA 14 yrs ago I worked w/Smith College Museum on an installation, donated a painting to Cooley Dickerson Hospital, donated three photographs to Justice For Jason, one man show at Who's On First, group shows in Easthampton, the Williston Library. Currently my photographs are on line spiritjourney.biz and am working on a show for the OK Harris Gallery in NYC and a "Veterans Art Show".

keep biking! layers and a balaclava do the trick - there are ways to make studded tires with screws, or switch to mountain bike tires. The pedal people have some good tips on their website.
