Artist Statement/Bio

The Heart of the Valley Chorus is a local chapter of Sweet Adelines International, a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion and enjoyment of four part harmony singing for women of all ages around the world. Its purpose is to educate members in the art of singing a capella music, barbershop style.

Members of the Heart of the Valley Chorus vary in age from 23 to 75. We are cooks, bankers, teachers, hairdressers, retirees, homemakers, real estate managers, bus drivers, administrative assistants, business owners, and more.
