Jennifer Sitron is an artist and art teacher living in Florence, MA. She holds an M.F.A. in photography from Hunter College and B.A. in Visual Art from Columbia University. As a tenured art teacher in N.Y.C. at an alternative high school, where the students were over aged and under credited, she taught for 5 years and developed a curriculum based on creative expression, personal growth, and attainment of skill. Working in all art mediums, Jennifer is currently experimenting with wet felting and sacred geometry.

Jennifer and Rachel are the cofounders of Plunge Arts which works to bring art experiences to students outside of the classroom and connect artists to audiences outside of their studio. Both Rachel and Jennifer have over 15 years of teaching experience in public and private schools, in after-school programs, summer camps, art retreats and workshops with students from age 4 through 80 years of age.
