Artist Statement/Bio

I am a graphic novelist, visual journalist, author, interactive and print designer, animator and multimedia artist, and a performer. I have extensive web and analog production experience as well as an established track record in public performance and exhibition. I am also well versed in copyright and intellectual property law.

My primary goal is the publication and distribution of my books, magazines, films, licensed products and ephemera: online, through media and retail outlets and in print.

My secondary goal is activism and advocacy work on behalf of artists, women, people of color and the disenfranchised.

To these ends I have produced over the years a vast array of print, multimedia and interactive material in a wide range of media. I have also worked on commercial projects for any number of major corporations.
