Artist Statement/Bio

Hello
I am a former carpenter who is defining the remainder of my life. I have begun the search for habitable studio space, and need to explore a variety of possibilities, and to make my presence known. I thought that I should touch upon the unknown with this writing, and the off chance that something serendipitous might present itself. I am also hoping to locate someone who may be willing to meet with me, and to review some of my work. I quite honestly don't know what to make of it. I also work with Illustrator and have a fairly varied e-portfolio and would like to have a few prints made. So, that's about it. This is about defining this last of life joy. john aiken
