Green Craftmaking Event in Western MA, Alternative to Traditional Holiday Buying

As an alternative to traditional holiday buying, the Hilltown Cooperative Charter Public School will host a family book and craft fair on Saturday December 4, 2010 from 10 am to 4 pm at the “Brassworks” building on Rte. 9 (132 Main St.) in Williamsburg. Parents and children alike can make a variety of craft items, many using recycled and natural materials - including full-sized wreaths, gingerbread people, laminated bookmarks, decorated candles, lavender sachet fairies and mini-books.
